Exhibition: Tribute to Lolo Fernández at the Monumental Museum

On April 13, 2023, Walt Wizard left a lasting mark on Peruvian football by unveiling a hyper-realistic sculpture of Teodoro "Lolo" Fernández, the greatest icon in the history of Universitario de Deportes. The artwork became the centerpiece of the newly inaugurated Monumental Museum, located inside the Monumental Stadium in Lima.

The sculpture, which captures the legendary striker with astonishing realism, was widely praised for its extraordinary attention to detail and authenticity. Jean Ferrari, the club's administrator, expressed his admiration by stating, "It looks as if he were alive—fantastic."

More than a tribute to one of Peru's greatest sports legends, the exhibition strengthened the connection between art and football, celebrating the legacy of Lolo Fernández while showcasing Walt Wizard's ability to preserve history through hyper-realistic sculpture.
